NC_Net v2.18 - Some minor enhancements from V2.17

NC_Net has a new version, v2.18.
This version has several minor enhancements from v2.17 so those that
have 2.17 already should not need to update.

BUG Fix - Replaced newlines with white spaces in WMICHECK.
BUG Fix  Replaced newlines with semicolon in eventlog check. 

Added Command ENUMCONFIG (views the NC_Net config from an active check result). 
Enhancement: Event Log checks now Supports -w -c. (both active and passive)

The check_nt with nc_net enhancements is included in the install
package and needs to be compiled to run the newer enhancements
remotly.  This is also availible on NC_Net official web site.
