nagios external command error

I wonder if the Makefile could be adapted to check for selinux, and
if it's present/enabled, spit out a blurb stating the above?

It seems to be a pretty common question.  I'd submit a patch, but
unfortunately makefiles are not exactly my strong suit.  OK, I'm
exaggerating - I couldn't makefile my way out of a wet paper
bag.  ;)
