Looking for specific plugins, can't wget them

I just tried and downloaded
  # ll -h /tmp/rns_stuff.tar.gz
-rwxr--r--  1 arno users 234K Jul 13 23:39 /tmp/rns_stuff.tar.gz

if you still can't access it I can mail the archive, or put it on a website.
