Hi Roberto,
when you look at the footer of your mail, you see the URL
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/nagios-users. Visit here,
login with your email address you receive this mail with, and maybe it will
help to choose "On" at the entry " Disable mail delivery - Turn this on if
you want mail to not be delivered to you for a little while."
