Not sure what you mean by NEB configuration. There is no documentation
regarding the NEB API anywhere, anytime. If you're interested in writing
a module, I suggest you download nagios-db and have a look at sampler.c
which is included therein. It's a very simple module which is good to
learn from.

My guess is that you'll be regarded as something of a hero if you
properly document the API. Many have anxiously awaited it.
