huge performance problems

hello

first for the delay problem. Inter-check delay method: SMART. doesnt work for 
you. you can always change the value in nagios.cfg to USER-SUPPLIED VALUE
and then supply your own values.

second from my experience with  plugins ssh and snmp written in perl. no matter 
if its embeded / compiled. you get lousy preformance. better to write them in 
C. and if its not possible write them in php-snmp the results are much better.

please also check you computer load.
