Audio Alerts

Hi,

I am using nagios to monitor different services on 5 servers. If any of
the service goes down i wanted to play a audio file & sms to be send to 
a cell phone (for eg. 99674545). 

I wanted to know how to define contact for sending sms on cell.
for e.g
define contact{
        contact_name                    nagios
        alias                           Nagios Admin
        service_notification_period     24x7
        host_notification_period        24x7
        service_notification_options    w,u,c,r
        host_notification_options       d,u,r
        service_notification_commands   notify-by-email,notify-by-epager
        host_notification_commands           
        host_notification_commands     host-notify-by-epager
        email                           nagiosadmin at pluto.intraosl.com
        pager                          
pagenagios-admin at localhost.localdomain
        }

what needs to be written in pager tag (Is it 99674545 at pc-to-phone.com?)
in the above defination.

Does anybody can throw some light in this regard.
