Gui for nagios

This is how I populated my 80 hosts into NagiosQL:
1. Add one host and set proper settings
2. mysqldump the db and find the INSERT syntax (it's long)
3. Write a script that loops and creates the DDL to insert each host
Or you could possibly create one large .cfg file with all the host
definitions (don't know about .cfg templates) and then import into NagiosQL.

Hi Tanx for the hints and tips.
Installed now nagiosQL. Had some litle problems but that is more the PHP-SQL
part.
Just wondering when they are going to implement host templates. Or did i
missed that option ?
I have to monitor around 100 Workstations (yes i know who wants that ) And
that means a lot of typing an clicking.
Working now on a remote installer for nsclient. Or is there already a tool
for that ?
Tanx again all.

I saw that and unfortunately that solution does not apply to my bug, but it
does apply to fostermarkd's comment about my bug ;-<
I'm using a few hand edited .cfg files for the buggy stuff and still using
NagiosQL for everything else. I'm happy with it!

btw, if you pull up the bugs on the NagiosQL site, the developer has
posted a workaround for it. It's a change in the NagiosQL settings.ini
file that will fix the "Quote" issue.
Sorry for the double post Mathias. I hit reply to you before.
