Option to allow specific users to disable notifications over a html interface

Hi all,

i'm using Nagios 1.2 and there is allways a problem when some poeple are
out of office and dont want to get alarms via SMS and/or Email.

Is there and option to allow users to enable/disable there notifications
on a web interface ?
Does'nt need to be integratet into Nagios itself but would be interesting
to check in a Email or SMS wraper script if the user is enabled befor sending
the message.
