config files problem

[nagios monitor]

i'm using nagios version 2.0b1
on fedora core 1 in ipv6
i got a problem when i start to verify my
configuration.

i just have cgi.cfg and nagios.cfg file on my
/usr/local/nagios/etc

i suppose also to have misccommands.cfg, resource.cfg,
checkcommands.cfg, hosts.cfg etc.

anybody have idea what have i miss during my
installation and configuration??
