Config file formats are wildly mismatching. I wrote a couple of 
conversion tools once upon a time that might be useful to you.
They're at http://oss.op5.se/nagios but be warned that no help is 
available for any of them and I take no responsibility in case they 
don't fix everything for you. I just know they worked nicely for me.
