Eeep..  I forgot to mention something.  If you look at the WMI reference
 link under performance data, you will find two types of data available.
  The first, raw data, returns actual counter values (similar to
 SNMP).  The second, formatted data, returns normalized data expressed
 in percent.  So if you are looking at the WMI method for formatted
 memory data you are getting a percentage.
