If you *are* logged in as nagios (what version of Nagios did you say you
were using?), you should look at the perms and ownerships on rw and
rw/nagios.cmd in your var/log directory:
drwxrwsr-x 2 nagios apache 4096 mai 28 13:58 rw
prw-rw---- 1 nagios apache 0 mai 29 11:13 nagios.cmd
