Unfortunately, I don't have any Dell Poweredge.
You may want to investigate on :
- SNMP : see if Dell provides an SNMP agent you can query with
check_snmp. You didn't tell which OS you are running. If it is
unix, you may install net-snmp with the Dell MIB.
- Sensors : if you are running Linux, perhaps you can have this
info with an lm sensors -able kernel
