is there an enable event handler external command?

Is there an enable / disable event handler external command? There's a link
for it on the command cgi, but I don't see a a listing in the official
documentation. ( http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/2_0/extcommands.html ).
 Additionally, is there a complete list of implemented external commands
somewhere? The documentation seems to imply that the external command list
there is a work in progress. ("This is a description of the some of the
external commands which have been implemented in Nagios.")
