NotificationsMIB in nagiosplug

Hi list

Could someone provide me with some info regarding how are these MIBs
(NotificationsMIB) from nagiosplug(http://sourceforge.net/projects/nagiosplug)
been utilized? Where are they loaded, how are they addressed by an SNMP Agent,
etc?

In more detail, what I need to implement in SuSe, is include a notification's
information inside an SNMP trap payload and have it sent as an SNMP trap
towards an SNMP manager. Could the net-snmp sendtrap utility be used for this
reason, in some way?

Has anyone performed this excercise already? It could prove really helpful.
