Weekly maintenance

Hi All,

I want to have a weekly one hour window (what's in a word) of downtime
to perform some maintenance on our Windows servers. What would be the
most elegant way to do this? By trying to schedule a recurring downtime?
Or by using Host directives?

Your thoughts?
