install Net::SNMP problem

You may not have the Net-SNMP application + libraries installed.  This 
is required before you can install the Perl plugins for it..  You can't 
run before you can walk!

You can either install packages through your O/S distribution (easier) or
The source is available from: http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/   (more 
difficult)
