The PDF was grayscaled too, though.  I've just uploaded a colored
version and moved the old file to

ftp://ftp.in-berlin.de/pub/users/weiss/doc/nagios/nagios-2-grayscale.pdf

However, the required directives are colored red using CSS, and this
doesn't seem to be recognized by html2ps (which I used), sorry.
