I don't use check_temptraxe but these arguments are incorrect.
$ARG2$=75, $ARG3$=80 and $ARG4$ is non-existent. You probably mean
$ARG1$, $ARG2$ and $ARG3$.

Odd considering the command definition is incorrect but I'll take your
word for it.

Odd considering that you don't appear to have a host check_command
specified at all so nothing can/should be run for the host check. This
is what I would have expected for the service check. Are you sure the
command definitions above accurately reflect your current Nagios
configuration?
