Some questions left.....

Hi all I still have some questions about the opertaions.

1. Does it can detect the downtime or connection performance degrade
detect?

2. Does it needs a database to assist for operation (e.g. help for gen
report... etc)

3. Can I specify view item in the report function?

4. Does it support auto-resume to service?
