NSClient hangs randomly

I know that everyone says Exchange will skip over port 1248 and not use it if Nagios is using it but I had the same problem and solved it by moving Nagios to another port not in the range used by Exchange. Since the client where I ran into this issue had no Oracle instances and had no plans to use Oracle I used port 1521 as my Nagios port, but I have no suggestions as to what you should use.
