"double free or corruption" message

No response... anyone?? Bueller? Bueller?

At least can I get some more information on how to debug this better?  
The crashes seem to be almost random. Sometimes it will run for a  
week, sometimes only 30 minutes.

Would it be incompatibility of glibc versions, perl, and the nagios  
version?
