I use nagiosgraph and love it.

Chances are there are problems with your map file, but you haven't
provided enough info to be able to tell.

I always have those messages in nagiosgraph.log

...2006 CGI error: RRDs::graph ERR can't make a graph without contents
#(Even if the perfdata.log has something in it)
...2006 INSERT warn: perfdata not recognized #(can't tell)
