CSV output out of availibility Reports

Has anyone been able to get this working?  I've tried to patch the 2.2
version and the 2.4 version with no luck:

Same error for 2.2 and 2.4 version:

Hunk #2 succeeded at 3434 (offset 13 lines).
Hunk #4 succeeded at 3873 (offset 13 lines).
Hunk #6 succeeded at 3937 (offset 13 lines).
Hunk #8 FAILED at 3984.
Hunk #9 succeeded at 4475 (offset 15 lines).
1 out of 10 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file avail.c.rej

I've attached the avail.c.rej file.
