notification issue

Hi

When my notifications come through they look like this

Notification Type: PROBLEM

Service: www
Host: xxx
Address: xxxx
State: CRITICAL

Date/Time: Wed Aug 16 11:43:52 EDT 2006

How can i make sure that the addition info has information in it? I see 
this if i look on the web but not in the mail.
