nagiosgraph and embedded perl

I encountered the same problem, and configured Nagios to invoke
insert.pl as "/usr/bin/perl <path-to>/insert.pl" instead, as per
someone's suggestion from long ago to avoid ePN for home-grown Perl
plugins.
