nagios-1.4.1 vs nagios 2-5 logging

Hello,

I am running nagios-1.4.1 as well as nagios-2.5.

In the nagios-1.4.1 logfile, i have some entries like:

[1156965483] Warning:  Message queue contained results for service 'SM Daemon' on host 'sedna16-b'.  The service could not be found!

I need to know if there is the same logging in nagios-2.5, because i
need it to auto-configure a service when it isn't configured yet, when
new servers gets into the cluster. These service results came in by
syslog-ng directly to central nagios, and with a script that parses the
log, it would be easy to create a service entry and reload nagios
configs.

Does anyone knows about this logging feature of nagios-2.5?
