check_disk by check_by_ssh

I have my check_by_ssh working, but now I want to execute the  
check_disk command.

I send to the machine the check_disk executable, and placed it into a  
secure location on the machine.

Do I need to actually compile the nagios plugins on the server for it  
to run?  I try, and on the remote server it complains that a dylib is  
not present, even though I copied it to the path it is looking in.
