Spoken way to soon. The current state is rather bad in fact.
The rrd files tresholds are not exceeded as this would result in entries
in ngraph.log but not in the rrdfile itself. (In fact I would see errors
in there, if this was the case.)
hours of missing activities can not be explained by step values being too
small. Most certainly not if 4 different virtual http servers on 1 machine
show completely different gaps in the graphs but no events in the nagios
log.
So I have stopped nagiosgrapher for the moment and am sending performance
data to a file to see if that shows the same amount of gaps in the
prformance data.
