Updated Web Config program

I have updated NagiosWeb Config on sourceforge.net.  

NagiosWeb allows you to use a web interface to configure Nagios 2.x and store
your configuration in a MySQL DB backend.  It is missing an import script for
existing configurations but it is easy enough to setup for new and small sites.

Please give it a try and submit a question to the Open Discussion forum if you
run into any problems or have any improvement ideas.
