Subdirectories in Nagios installation dir.

Hi,

I tried to install Nagios 2.0 on Fedora Core 4 according to the Nagios V.
2.0 documentation.

All of commands and options are same with those in the document.

But in the Nagios installation dirctory (/usr/local/nagios), there is no
"etc" subdirectory.

What did I do some wrong?
