R: I: NSClient++ configuration problems

Yes , there is a firewall but the ports 1248 e 5666 are open .
Actually I am monitoring other windows system with old NSClient agent.

-}I am testing NSClient++ on my XP.
-}Nagios servers are 1.1 and 2.0, with 1.3.1 plugins.

-}I try to perform a simple:
-}./check_nt -H 10.x.x.x -v CLIENTVERSION
-}but I receive a :
-}Socket timeout after 10 seconds

-}I attach NSC.ini file.
