Anyone else had any trouble with importing existing escalations in
Fruity? I have also tried to use monarch, but I can't get past the
database creation step of the setup, even though it has access to
create and delete any table it wants. Are there any other software
packages that work well and have similar functionality to these two?
Thanks.
Jeff
