check_ntp and windoze 2003...

I see the same thing on Windows 2003 but only one some installs.
Ive been trying to use the following KB article

Snipped from the article
1.Click *Start*, click *Run*, type cmd, and then press ENTER.2.At the
command prompt, type the following commands in the order that they are
given. After you type each command, press ENTER. •w32tm /config
/manualpeerlist:NTP_server_IP_Address,0x8 /syncfromflags:MANUAL•net stop
w32time•net start w32time•w32tm /resync
