With only minor modifications. Some macro names have changed and moving
contact_group definitions from the hostgroup{} to the host{} definitions
was pretty much all I needed to do here but I have a pretty simple
config.

Nagios 1.x does support the old Netsaint single-line definitions
(http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/xoddefault.html). They were
specifically maintained for backward compatibility, you just needed to
specify that at compile time. 2.0 doesn't in favor of the more flexible
template definitions.
