Ah that makes sense.
Similar problem with check users - it shows no-one as logged in yet I am
logged in on 3 ssh consoles testing this thing :)
I'm going through the modules individually to find the problems -
hopefully I'll get it working eventually. :)

Nagios is measuring free space, not 'full' space. You've asked
for a critical if the disk is more than 15% full, and a warning
if it is more than 5% full.
