Nrpe 2.5.2 still says it's 2.5.1

I don't know if anyone has reported this (and frankly, I don't know
where else to report it), but it appears that the latest version of NRPE
(2.5.2) still reports itself as being version 2.5.1.  It looks like this
is because the file include/common.h did not have the PROGRAM_VERSION
macro updated.

Of course this is easy to tweak myself, but I thought someone might want
to know.
