I havent seen any nagios specified plugins but a few client server
(excluding pipemeter) options are
http://dast.nlanr.net/Projects/Iperf/
http://www.nongnu.org/nepim/
http://spamaps.org/pipemeter.php
http://ex-parrot.com/~pdw/iftop/
http://netspeed.stanford.edu/ <- for internet connections
between you and stanford.
