Anyone Using Nagiosweb?

I'm trying to install NagiosWeb2-1.3 but when I  try to run nagiosweb.sql against my empty database to set up the structure I get an error saying

"ERROR 1050 at line 19: Table 'command' already exists"

Does anyone have a solution to this error?
