Missing hosts.cfg, hostsgroups.cfg, timperiods.cfg....

Minimal.cfg and bigger.cfg contain the host definition examples. The
commented out lines in nagios.cfg are just to show you that they don't
all have to be in one file and can be described in multiple config files
in whatever grouping you choose.
