My first nagios project

Good day,

Please be patieint with me, this it's my first nagios project.
I do example minimal configuration and all itś working fine.
So i need understand some services, and parameters to check.
i probe check_local_disk and it's OK, so how to check non local disk?
Are there any nagios services list, parameters and docs?
