per host custom macros

I see that possibility, but it seems really inconvenient to have to 
configure host specific information in the service definition.  There 
are two reasons for that:

1) host specific information is 'spammed' around my config
2) i have to define one 'service' object for every host i want to check, 
instead of being able to use a hostgroup
