You'd be better of using something designed for what you want, like
MRTG. Nagios is a monitoring and alerting tool, not a graphing one.
That's not to say you can't tie a graphing tool like MRTG into Nagios,
but if what you've listed are your priorities, there are much easier
ways to do it.
