NDO 1.3.1

I tried to upgrade to NDO 1.3.1 and it appears that even though I
configured (./configure --with-mysql-lib=/usr/lib/mysql) and compile
without errors, I get an error message When I try to start the daemon.

./ndo2db-2x -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg

Support for the specified database server is either not yet supported,
or was not found on your system.


NDO 1.2 works fine as it stands. I didn't see any differences in the
configuration file between 1.2 and 1.3.1.
