Check Processes and their CPU and MEM usage

Hi people



I'm searching a check-plugin which let me receive all Information
 about running processes and their CPU and MEM usage. 

I'm new here and I've already studied all existing NAGIOS Check-plugins.

It seems to me, that there doesn't exist such a plugin. But can
 somebody tell me maybe how to get these information on Unix-Systems?
