Service definition problem with nagios 2.5

Actually it had nothing to do with my checkcommands.cfg file, as that was clearly defined using this syntax

# 'check_nt_disk' command definition
define command{
        command_name    check_nt_disk
        command_line    $USER1$/check_nt -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -p 1248 -v USEDDISKSPACE -l $ARG1$ -w $ARG2$ -c $ARG3$
        }


The problem was in my syntax in my service.cfg file, and how I was using the check command.  I was trying to call it as follows

check_nt_disk -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -p 1248 -v USEDDISKSPACE -l C -w 95 -c 99


When I should have been calling it like this

check_nt_disk!C!95!99

Nagios is telling you what is wrong! Check your checkcommands.cfg os
whatever command.cfg you have with command definitions for your plugins.
I feel stupid telling you what to do, when nagios itself told you
before.
