Connection Refused

The NSClient service is running and Windows Firewall is not running.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled NSClient but the connections are
still refused from the server.

Check the service is running, it's probably stopped or not listening on
that port. Also check firewall but less likely.
I am also having some annoyances with nsclient++ at the moment funnily
enough...
