Nagios notification without time and Additioanl Info

HEllo List, 

I am running Nagios on 2.7, nagios-plugins-1.4.5-1 on a RHEL 4 server. For some reason the Time and Addition Info are not being populated with any data.  The alerts are correct, but the date and info is not working.  Have any of you seen this problem, if so how was it fixed?
