Make sure you click Reply All on your e-mail client, otherwise the list
can't benefit from our replies. I get in a hurry and forget to do this
sometimes as well. Some get really mad about it, but just wanted to
remind you. :)

Hmm, yeah then I'd make sure you check the logs and see what's going on
because that seems ok. I don't think it would matter, but make sure you
don't have a space between your members.

For example you have:
members    nagios, monitor

Try without a space:
members    nagios,monitor

I don't know if spaces after the commas matter. The examples show no spaces.
